Lake Geneva has been on my mind for a colour story. Mostly the water, which never seems to settle on just one blue.
Crystal Skies uses luminous details and clean geometry in its documented design direction. [1] I can see those ideas working with blue and purple, without suggesting any of the collection was photographed at the lake.
I'd keep the background white and let one cool shade do most of the work.
A reflection here, a clear edge there. I don't need to put Mont Blanc into every picture.
Sometimes the colour itself is the whole idea.
